Size Guide
How to choose a cooling rack size
Start with the tray or counter space you use most. A rack should sit flat, leave room around its edges, and provide enough surface for the food you want to cool or cook.
Measure inside the rim
A baking sheet's outside dimensions include its rim and may be larger than the usable flat area. Measure the inside length and width where the rack will rest, then choose a rack that fits comfortably within both measurements. Check height clearance in smaller ovens as well.
Compare the five NANVARA sizes
The rack range runs from 8.46 x 5.35 inches to 15.35 x 10.63 inches. Each size is offered as a single rack or a matching pair, with a listed height of 0.59 inch. Avoid assuming a particular tray or appliance fits from its name alone.
- 8.46 x 5.35 inches: available in 1 Pack and 2 Pack.
- 10.24 x 6.10 inches: available in 1 Pack and 2 Pack.
- 12.20 x 8.27 inches: available in 1 Pack and 2 Pack.
- 13.78 x 9.33 inches: available in 1 Pack and 2 Pack.
- 15.35 x 10.63 inches: available in 1 Pack and 2 Pack.
One rack or two?
A single rack works for small batches or one tray. Two racks can help when rotating batches or separating foods across two trays. A 2 Pack contains two racks of the selected size, not two different sizes.
Cooling, roasting, and draining
Raised feet let air circulate beneath cookies and bread. For roasting or draining, place the rack over a compatible tray to catch drips. Match the intended cooking method to the product's temperature guidance and your appliance instructions.
Care after use
Remove food residue, wash with mild detergent, rinse, and dry thoroughly. The NANVARA rack listings describe them as dishwasher safe; check the selected Amazon listing for the current care instructions.
